15-Day Return Window
At The SP Store, we take utmost care in formulating and packaging our export-quality perfumes and lifestyle items. We accept returns and exchanges within a 15-day window from the date of delivery, subject to strict compliance with our item integrity standards.
Returns and exchanges are fully acceptable within 15 days provided that the product is not altered and not mixed with any other substance or elements, maintaining its original delivery state.
Products that show signs of wear and tear, physical damage after delivery, requests made after the 15-day window, or items that have been altered or custom-blended by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
Inspection Upon Return
All returned items undergo a standard quality inspection upon arrival at our facility. If an item is found to be used, torn, altered, or mixed contrary to our policy guidelines, the return or exchange request will be declined.
